Slimming teas are the most popular variety of tea that is consumed all over the world by people in an attempt to reduce weight naturally and effectively. Consuming tea not only enhances your lifestyle but is also a tasty beverage that you can have every day.

Firstly it is very important that you choose the right tea. Given the plethora of options available in the market, it sometimes becomes difficult for you to narrow down on a particular tea. These teas are available in different price ranges but remember that just because the tea is expensive it does not guarantee the effectiveness of its results. The most commonly available green tea or oolong tea also works just fine when it comes to helping you lose weight naturally. Keep an eye out for harmful additives in weight loss teas.

Once you have purchased the tea of your choice, introduce it to your daily diet. For best results make sure you consume one cup of this tea two times in a day. This way you will have adequate intake of antioxidants, minerals and other beneficial compounds that help you stay fit and healthy. When you have introduced the slimming tea in your diet, it is also important that you adjust your diet and consume food that will help you burn fat. Slimming tea alone will not be able to help you curb fat build up in your body. You will have to combine it with appropriate food such as regular intake of leafy vegetables, fish, poultry and other lean meats and high fiber vegetables. You should also reduce your intake of carbohydrates and sugar for the best results.

How to prepare loose green tea

Tea is best served hot. Even on a hot day a hot cup of tea will cool you down by equalising your body temperature.

It is best served in a specific teacup or a china cup. Paper and glass cups will not bring out the best flavour in this delicate drink.

Use the best tea you can find. This will ensure you get the best of the slimming and body cleansing effects from this wonderful natural drink.

Boil tap or spring water from a kettle (if you use bottled water make sure it is well aerated by shaking it first).

Use a teaspoon to put the tea into the cup, and then pour the water (slightly off boiling point) into the cup so that it covers the tea. Once infused pour more water (again just of boiling point) to fill the cup. Now pour this into another cup to leave the loose tea behind (you may need to do this a few times if you like a clear cup of tea).
